Summer started with a bang as Silent Book Club surpassed 1,000 global chapters with a big reveal on Good Morning America. This is a huge milestone, so we’re celebrating all summer long with giveaways, special events, and limited edition merch. Order your #sbc1000 swag by June 21st to make the first shipment!

Local chapter organizers have been planning a full slate of #sbc1000 activities. The Silent Book Club of Death is hosting a Global Summer Reading Challenge (with prizes!), SBC Iowa City created a delightful summer reading bingo card, and SBC Central New Jersey is setting sail on the first ever Silent Book Club at Sea.
If you’ve been thinking about joining (or starting) a Silent Book Club in your neighborhood, now is the time!
Speaking of celebrations, we’ve partnered with Plum Deluxe to give away a year-long subscription to the Tea of the Month Club! Each month for 12 months, the grand-prize winner will receive a surprise tea based on your flavor preferences, as well as access to perks like free shipping and store discounts. Plum Deluxe is beloved by librarians, authors, and book lovers—I mean, just look at this Literary Tea Tin. All SBC members will receive a 15% discount on your first purchase. (Sorry, this giveaway is U.S. only)
